C# wsdl转化成实体类后，不知道怎么调用带有证书的webservices接口

报错：
“System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityNegotiationException”类型的未经处理的异常在 mscorlib.dll 中发生
其他信息: 无法使用颁发机构“218.201.47.12:33101”建立 SSL/TLS 的安全通道。
