HttpHelper初级问题

开发中遇到的小问题，无奈怎么都查不出原因。
很简单就是读取网页内容，网址可以打开，但是HTML读取不出来。

            HttpHelper he = new HttpHelper();
            HttpItem item = new HttpItem() { URL = "http://www.chengwu.gov.cn/gsgg.asp?classid=7" };
            string html = he.GetHtml(item).Html;

返回值 html为空。请协查(框架没给出任何提示信息)！

有跳转加上Cookie去跳转就行了，

       HttpResult result = he.GetHtml(item);



       item = new HttpItem() { URL = result.Header["Location"], Cookie = result.Cookie };
       string  html = he.GetHtml(item).Html;
