asp.net post提交数据并跳转

今天做一个小项目有点问题，遇到也一个需要跨域操作的post
客户要求在网站A上填写数据，吧数据以post的方式提交到网站B（别人的网站，我看不到源码，只给我留了接口），post倒是不难，就是怎么同时实现跳转呢？各位大神

跳转是个什么意思啊，说清楚点，

跳转到其他域，例如我自己的网站跳到你的网站上但是需要带POst数据过来，例如用户名
